Your mother may care, but I don't

Your mother may care if you're behind schedule and haven't completed the work on time.
But, I don't. I'm your client and my livelihood depends on the timely success of the project you promised me.

Your mother may care if you don't have enough time in the day to empower your people or learn how to be a better manager or leader.
But I don't. I'm your direct report and need you to be a great leader. I care about work and want to give my best. I'm here 40, 50+ hours a week. I want to enjoy what I do and see success for my efforts.

Your mother may care if you're uninspired by your work and aren't motivated to give your best.
But I don't. I'm your boss and need you to give your best, every day.

I'm a potential client and paid to hear you tell me something that will help me be more successful and achieve my dreams.

I'm your team mate and depend on you to do your best so we all do well and achieve our goals.

You are essential to your team, company and clients. No matter your title or role.

There is no time, no room, no place for less than 100 per cent.

Either give your best here or find another place where you will.
